A personal and travel blog

About

This blog was born from a need—a need to give voice to the many unique experiences and emotions that surfaced during a strange chapter of my life, a kind of “30-year-old life crisis” that pushed me to question, to reflect, and to change many parts of myself. I am a medical doctor and researcher who spent a fast-paced, ambitious decade in her twenties, and now I am learning to slow down, to nurture the other sides of who I am.

This blog begins alongside a physical journey across the world, yet it will also chart an inner journey—a personal, emotional, and mental exploration through chaotic times and uncharted spaces. There will be music, there will be emotion, there will be people, places, and stories. But above all, there will be gratitude: gratitude for the gift of simply being, for the life that gives and sustains, for the richness of experience and understanding, for the kindness and love of others, and for the wonder of Mother Nature and our Planet.

Gracias a la vida, que me ha dado tanto.
